Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (IUVA CRAFT STUDIO, Silbersteinstr. 102, 12051 Berlin, Email: info@iuvacraftstudio.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I receive notification of your withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed me of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
